Ability to design process flows and write functional specifications. Very strong written and oral communication skills. Demonstrated can-do attitude. Practical experience with SQL and relational database management systems (Oracle preferable). Ability to work at a fast pace in a team and adapt style to ensure the project is successful. Experience with Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) products such as Business Process Management (BPM) / Workflow systems. Working experience with: Jira, SVN, Enterprise architect. Desirable: Experience in any of objective programming language. Hands on experience in using Unix/Linux operating systems and practice in bash/perl scripting. Professional background of working on large projects / large and complex systems. Understanding of financial markets. Know-how of UML methodology. Knowledge of XML, Xpath, XSL.
