Your work will help millions of enterprise users understand new features, product updates, and changes that may affect their organizations. You will partner closely with engineering and marketing program managers to develop new communications and revise existing content. The ideal candidate is a concise, detail-oriented writer who can translate technical information into timely, targeted, accurate, and actionable customer guidance while managing multiple communications simultaneously.   Responsibilities   Develop clear, concise, and actionable customer communications for new product features, updates, and service changes. Manage change communications through an enterprise product-notification platform. Partner with engineering and marketing program managers to gather requirements, clarify technical information, and confirm communication timelines. Translate complex technical concepts and product changes into accessible, customer-friendly content. Create new communications and update existing content as product details, release schedules, or customer impacts evolve. Tailor communications to relevant customer audiences based on the nature and impact of each change. Ensure all communications are timely, targeted, accurate, actionable, and aligned with established content standards. Manage multiple small content projects concurrently, often with different stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines. Coordinate reviews, incorporate stakeholder feedback, and drive content through approval and publication. Maintain strong attention to detail across messaging, formatting, terminology, dates, and technical information. Communicate clearly and professionally with internal partners through email, collaboration tools, meetings, and voice calls. Track communications and follow up with stakeholders to obtain the information and approvals required for timely publication.
