As a Technical Maintenance Supervisor, your responsibilities will include: Leading a team of skilled maintenance technicians and providing them with the guidance and support they need to excel. Coordinating maintenance schedules to minimize disruption and ensure that all tasks are completed promptly. Conducting regular inspections of facilities to identify potential issues before they escalate. Building strong relationships with clients through effective communication and by delivering exceptional service. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred. Proven experience as a maintenance supervisor or technician (minimum 5 years). Strong understanding of building systems and maintenance operations. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset. Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards. Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
