Your work will help create predictable, scalable outcomes that drive impact across our digital learning experiences.
In this role you will:
Translate product strategy into clear, actionable technical plans and requirements for your assigned product area.
Lead technical discovery efforts—including MVP definition, feasibility exploration, spikes, and prototypes—to inform solution direction.
Surface technical trade‑offs, dependencies, and non‑functional requirements, helping shape solution approaches in partnership with Engineering and Architecture.
Partner with Engineering Managers during planning cycles to align work with capacity, sequencing, and delivery constraints.
Build and maintain the technical roadmap and backlog for your area, ensuring user stories and requirements are outcome‑oriented and execution‑ready.
Facilitate cross‑functional alignment so teams share understanding of priorities, risks, and dependencies.
Define success metrics and use data to assess post‑launch performance, quality, and alignment with product objectives.
Identify and communicate risks early, propose mitigation paths, and support decision‑making with clear, concise insights.
