As a Technical Program Manager at Ajaib, you will be at the forefront of our innovation, playing a vital role in overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of technology programs that drive our mission forward. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, product managers, and designers, to ensure that programs are delivered on time, within scope, and with the highest quality standards. Responsibilities: Define and manage the program scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Lead program planning, including resource allocation, risk assessment, and timeline management. Facilitate communication and coordination across multiple teams to ensure alignment and efficiency. Monitor program progress, identify blockers, and implement solutions to keep projects on track. Analyze program performance metrics and provide updates to senior management. Foster a culture of continuous improvement through feedback and optimization. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of experience in program management or project management, preferably in technology or software development environments. Proven experience with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Jira). Strong understanding of software development processes and lifecycle. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Proficient in managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Certifications in PMP, Scrum Master, or similar are a plus.
