We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Program Manager - Infrastructure to drive the execution of complex, technical programs and strategic infrastructure initiatives. As a Technical Program Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, product managers, security, compliance, and operations, to ensure successful delivery of key projects on time and within scope. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, mitigating risks, and facilitating communication across teams to deliver high-impact results.   What You'll Do: Lead the end-to-end execution of technical programs, from concept to deployment, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Collaborate with engineering, product, security, compliance, and operations teams to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and cross-team dependencies. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependency tracking, ensuring clear communication of ownership, roles, and responsibilities. Manage project risks by proactively identifying technical, operational, and delivery risks, developing mitigation strategies, and driving timely resolution. Serve as the primary point of contact for project status, reporting progress to senior leadership and stakeholders. Coordinate across teams and departments to manage technical dependencies, optimize resources, and resolve conflicts. Drive cross-functional execution by identifying dependencies early, facilitating technical discussions, and helping engineering teams remove delivery blockers. Drive continuous improvement in engineering project delivery processes, leveraging agile methodologies and best practices. Ensure all project documentation, executive status reporting, reporting, and communication is clear, concise, and available to stakeholders. Track and manage project budgets and resources, ensuring projects are delivered within scope and financial constraints. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation across cross-functional teams. Who You Are: You have a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or are in the process of obtaining the certification. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field. 5+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional SaaS or infrastructure engineering programs in DevOps, Security, and Cloud-focused environments. Experience working with compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP, IOS 27001 and NIST 800-53. Working knowledge or understanding of DevOps tools and practices including Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, and CI/CD. Strong understanding of software development processes, including Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). Proven ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, product, and operational teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive decision-making. Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Asana, or similar platforms. Have a strong sense of urgency and ownership.
