Who You Are: We’re seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our Data Centers team. You are a technically grounded and highly organized project manager with 3-5 years of experience driving complex initiatives across software development and cybersecurity domains. You thrive in fast-paced environments and know how to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. You bring a natural ability to manage competing priorities without losing sight of the details. You are someone who builds trust quickly with both technical contributors and non-technical stakeholders, adapting communication style based on your audience. You must be proactive in nature by surfacing risks early, asking the right questions, and able to propose creative solutions to problems before they arise. What You’ll Do: Lead end-to-end project management for software development and cybersecurity initiatives, from requirements gathering and planning through execution, delivery, and post-implementation support. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, standups, retrospectives, and release planning, ensuring teams remain aligned on priorities and delivery commitments. Partner with software engineering and cybersecurity leaders to define project roadmaps, establish milestones and prioritization, and drive execution against strategic objectives. Coordinate the management of cybersecurity initiatives, including vulnerability remediation efforts, security tooling deployments, compliance-related projects, and risk reduction programs. Drive cross-functional dependency management between software, cybersecurity, infrastructure, operations, and vendor teams to ensure successful project outcomes. Develop and maintain project dashboards, metrics, and reporting to provide visibility into team performance, delivery progress, and key operational risks. Partner closely with Data Center leadership to provide regular updates on project status, timelines, priorities, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans.
