Join us and contribute to driving excellence at MOTOLITE! Job Summary: Responsible for the safe and efficient execution of assigned tasks along the smelting production line. The role includes operating machinery, monitoring process parameters, conducting routine inspections, and adhering to safety and quality standards. Operators contribute directly to the achievement of production targets and the smooth running of daily operations. Key Responsibilities: Operate assigned production equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures. Monitor production parameters and report irregularities to immediate supervisors. Conduct visual inspections and basic quality checks on raw materials and finished products. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned work areas. Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times. Support preventive maintenance activities by reporting equipment issues. Assist in manual handling of materials as needed in the smelting process. Record production output and downtime in production logbooks or systems. Qualifications: At least High School Graduate or TESDA NCII holder in relevant field (e.g., Welding, Heavy Equipment Operation, etc.). With or without prior experience in manufacturing; experience in metal, smelting, or chemical processes is a plus. Physically fit and able to perform tasks in a high-temperature and industrial environment. Willing to work in Bulacan and on a shifting schedule.
