To build a global community of fragrance lovers through the power of scent and by providing them with the most innovative & luxurious fragrances, education and sharing our Middle Eastern fragrance rituals with the world.    Summary  We are looking for a highly organised, pro-active, solutions-driven Traffic Manager. Driving from the engine room of production, the right candidate will conduct the pipeline across campaign, paid content, social, and marketing as a whole, from briefing to delivery.     Acting as the central nervous system of the department the Traffic Manager will own and drive workflow, visibility, resourcing coordination, timelines, task management, and delivery tracking across multiple concurrent projects and campaigns.    A deep understanding of Asana is essential. This person will lead the structure, hygiene, implementation, and optimisation of project workflows within Asana, ensuring teams remain aligned, accountable, and operationally efficient at scale.  The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, understands the realities of 360-degree production from our always on to high level campaign, and should be obsessed with process. Communication, clarity, and collaboration are key!    Essential Duties and Responsibilities    Workflow & Traffic Management  Own the day-to-day movement of content projects across the business   Manage timelines, dependencies, priorities, and delivery milestones across multiple simultaneous campaigns and shoots  Ensure all incoming requests are properly briefed, scoped, assigned, and scheduled before entering workflow  Flag bottlenecks, risks, resource clashes, delays, or pending approvals proactively  Monitor project status daily and drive accountability across teams to ensure deadlines are met  Support the prioritisation of business-critical and founder-led requests while maintaining wider team visibility  Asana Ownership & Operations  Act as the primary owner and gatekeeper of Asana workflows, structures, templates, and project hygiene  Build and maintain scalable project management systems within Asana across campaigns, shoots, content calendars, social deliverables, paid assets, and post-production pipelines  Create dashboards, trackers, calendars, status systems, automations, and reporting frameworks as we grow and departments become inter-connected   Ensure all tasks have clear owners, timelines, dependencies, deliverables, and approval stages  Improve visibility across departments through structured workflow management and reporting  Train and support teams on best practices and operational consistency within Asana  Resource & Capacity Planning  Maintain visibility across internal teams, freelancers, agencies, and production resources
