Role purpose For a professional who enjoys bringing structure to complexity, this role offers the opportunity to work at the centre of strategic initiatives that shape business performance.  You'll  partner with senior stakeholders to improve how initiatives are governed,  monitored  and delivered, while  providing  the insights, reporting and coordination that help turn strategy into action. About the Role • Partner with initiative owners and business leaders to support the successful delivery of strategic and transformational initiatives. • Establish and embed governance, reporting and delivery disciplines that improve visibility,  accountability  and execution. • Monitor progress, risks,  dependencies  and key milestones, providing practical recommendations that support delivery outcomes. • Build trusted relationships across the business,  facilitating  discussions and driving alignment on priorities,  decisions  and actions. • Prepare executive-ready presentations, reports and briefing materials that translate complex information into clear and actionable insights. • Support strategic reviews, workshops and business assessments through analysis,  research  and insight generation. About You You're  naturally curious, commercially minded and enjoy solving business problems. You thrive in environments where priorities are evolving, stakeholders are diverse and outcomes matter. You'll  bring: • Experience supporting strategic initiatives, transformation programs, project delivery or consulting engagements within a consulting, professional  services  or corporate environment. • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build credibility and influence outcomes across multiple functions and levels of leadership. • Experience working with governance frameworks, planning processes, reporting  disciplines  and delivery oversight. • Strong analytical capability, including the ability to interpret information from multiple sources and  identify  meaningful insights.
