Reporting closely to the Enterprise Transformation PMO Lead, this individual will lead the organization's Order-to-Cash transformation while helping build the governance, operating disciplines, and delivery capabilities that support broader enterprise transformation initiatives. This is a Program Manager role and requires a rare combination of executive-level business acumen, process engineering expertise, ERP integration experience, and exceptional hands-on execution. Success requires someone who can confidently advise executives on strategy one moment and personally build executive presentations, facilitate meetings, build and maintain project plans, document business processes, capture decisions, resolve issues, and deliver high-quality work products the next. The successful candidate must thrive in an environment where they personally own deliverables from concept through completion while leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders across the organization. The position will partner with business and technology leaders to redesign Order-to-Cash processes, support Microsoft Dynamics 365 and OneStream integration initiatives, improve operational performance, establish scalable operating models, and deliver sustainable business outcomes. This is a 9+ month remote role requiring up to 1–2 weeks of travel per month. Candidates must be able to work Central Time hours and be fully authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship or transfer. Please note that we do not work C2C.   Duties & Responsibilities ·       Lead the enterprise Order-to-Cash (O2C) transformation program from strategy, planning, and design through implementation, stabilization, and business adoption. ·       Serve as the primary business transformation lead for the O2C workstream while partnering closely with the Enterprise Transformation PMO Lead on enterprise priorities. Help establish and mature the enterprise transformation organization by supporting governance, executive reporting, portfolio visibility, standards, methodologies, and operating rhythms. ·       Lead business process engineering efforts including current-state assessments, process mapping, future-state design, process harmonization, workflow redesign, gap analysis, operating model development, and continuous improvement. ·       Support ERP implementation and integration initiatives, including Microsoft Dynamics 365, OneStream, and related enterprise applications, ensuring alignment between business processes and system capabilities. ·       Personally develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, RAID logs, dependency trackers, executive dashboards, action registers, and status reporting and create executive-quality PowerPoint presentations, Steering Committee materials, executive readouts, business cases, decision documents, process documentation, and workshop deliverables. ·       Develop and drive organizational change management activities including stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness planning, training coordination, and user adoption. ·     &nbsp
