Turnaround Support Technicians – Indiana Sideworx Connect USA is currently hiring for an upcoming plant turnaround in Indiana. We are seeking experienced, safety-focused personnel to support outage and turnaround operations. Local candidates are strongly preferred. Positions Available • Hydroblaster Technicians • Air Blow Technicians • Steam Technicians Successful candidates will work as part of a turnaround crew performing industrial cleaning, equipment preparation, air blowing, steam operations, and plant maintenance activities during scheduled outage work. Hydroblasting and turnaround personnel are expected to safely operate high-pressure cleaning equipment and follow all site-specific safety procedures. Requirements • Previous turnaround, refinery, petrochemical, power plant, or industrial maintenance experience preferred • Experience with hydroblasting, air blowing, steam operations, or industrial cleaning is an asset • Ability to work extended hours, day or night shifts, weekends, and overtime as required • Must be able to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening • Strong commitment to safety and following procedures • Ability to work in physically demanding environments and varying weather conditions • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Preferred Certifications • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 • Confined Space Entry • H2S Alive / H2S Awareness • First Aid/CPR • TWIC Card (if applicable) What We Offer • Competitive pay • Overtime opportunities • Project-based turnaround work • Opportunity for future assignments with Sideworx Connect USA • Safety-focused work environment Apply Today If you have turnaround experience and are ready to join a professional team, we want to hear from you.
