Description Job Description The position supports MML’s Uniform and Merchandise Programs through inventory management, procurement support, quality assurance, and cross-functional coordination. This role ensures timely delivery, accurate records, and effective communication across teams. Inventory and Procurement Operations • Maintain vendor relationships to ensure reliable supply chains and timely delivery • Submit uniform and merchandise orders • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits of quantities and pricing • Facilitate receiving, restocking, and storage organization • Ensure all deadlines are met according to production calendars • Address supplier issues regarding defective or non-compliant products • Collaborate with manufacturers to resolve product quality concerns Cross-Functional Coordination & Communication • Collaborate with production, supply chain, and internal teams on merchandise product launches • Maintain weekly communication on inbound orders to support efficient distribution • Provide regular updates to manager on inventory, vendor issues, and timelines • Assist with rolling out new uniform programs and merchandise lines • Process all merchandise Shopify order fulfillment • Support merchandise return audits and address customer service issues Reporting, Budgeting & Analysis • Track SKU-level sales, inventory performance, and order patterns • Monitor invoices and ensure expenditures remain within budget • Communicate discrepancies or changes in cost to manager Qualifications • Proficiency with Google suite (ie. sheets, docs, slides) • 1-2 years of relevant internship experience, hospitality and/or procurement experience a plus • Minimum of high school diploma • Strong organizational, collaboration, and communication skills • Ability to lift 40 pounds, transport boxes between HQ and inventory spaces/restaurants
