Role: US Healthcare Recruiter As a US Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and managing healthcare professionals across the United States. You'll play a critical role in ensuring our healthcare clients receive exceptional talent while delivering an outstanding candidate experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for recruiters who enjoy relationship-building, candidate engagement, and working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Source and attract healthcare professionals through job boards, social media, referrals, and internal databases. Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines. Conduct candidate screening and qualification discussions. Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Ensure all candidate records and notes are accurately maintained within the CRM system. Coordinate and support compliance documentation processes. Manage candidate availability and placement activities. Handle candidate queries and provide timely resolutions. Conduct post-placement follow-ups and welfare checks. Collaborate closely with Compliance, Sales, Operations, and Payroll teams. Support timesheet and payroll-related queries where required. Build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals to drive repeat placements and referrals. What We're Looking For Minimum  6 months of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment . Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Excellent verbal and written English. Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment. Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills. Experience using job portals, social media, and recruitment databases. Graduate or undergraduate degree preferred. Willingness to work  US shifts from the office .
