The Gund Company – St. Louis, MO
Schedule: 2:00 PM-10:30 PM Monday–Friday | Full-Time
Pay: Competitive pay based on experience + 15% Shift Differential

What You’ll Do
• Support production by operating a variety of equipment and assisting across departments
• Load materials, move parts, and help ensure jobs are completed efficiently
• Follow work orders, instructions, and basic blueprints to complete tasks accurately
• Perform basic inspections to ensure quality standards are met
• Assist with packaging, counting, and preparing materials for shipment
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance
• Step in where needed to support team members and production priorities
What You Bring
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate with supervisors on priorities
• Basic math and problem-solving skills
• Comfort working with tools, equipment, and basic measuring devices
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and production needs
• Team-first mindset with a positive attitude
Preferred Experience
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or shop environment
• Exposure to fabrication, machining, or production equipment
• Vocational or hands-on training
