Description
About Thorit Thorit is one of Europe's leading HubSpot Partners and a leading consulting and technology firm in the DACH region. We combine strategic consulting with hands-on implementation, from CRM architecture to fully automated, AI-powered go-to-market infrastructure. Our clients are enterprise B2B companies who do not just want to adopt a platform, they want a real growth system. Our team is based in Böblingen and Lisbon, and now expanding to Tbilisi, our clients across the DACH region and beyond. Your Role As UX & UI Designer in our Tbilisi hub, you deliver UX and UI design across 10+ enterprise client engagements within 12 months (HubSpot CMS websites, customer portals, internal dashboards, agentic UI), via the Lisbon or DACH frontstage. You reach full design ownership of mid-complexity projects within 90 days and contribute substantively to Thorit's reusable design system and component library. You pair daily with the DE UX & UI Team (Marc Gummlich, Mariana Isidro) and work hand-in-hand with the Tbilisi Frontend Developer HubSpot CMS for design-to-code handoff. We are hiring this role because the UX & UI Team is at capacity, with HubSpot CMS engagements scaling, enterprise customer portal projects (DOVISTA-style multi-brand) growing, and new agentic UI requirements (human-in-the-loop interfaces for the AUTOMATE layer) coming online. The Tbilisi seat extends design capacity at a more flexible cost and legal framework, and creates a co-located design-and-build squad in Tbilisi for HubSpot CMS delivery, supervised by the DE UX & UI Team. Note: HubSpot CMS exposure is preferred but not a hard filter for Tbilisi candidates with strong B2B SaaS or design system fundamentals; a 4-week HubSpot CMS ramp during probation is planned. In Phase 1, this role is internal-facing. Your Responsibilities Onboarding. Within 3 months, ramped on Thorit's UX and UI workflow, Figma libraries, and design system; taking design tickets and delivering reviewed work independently. First Owned Design. Within 3 months, deliver the first self-owned design for a live client engagement, reviewed by Marc and accepted via the Lisbon or DACH frontstage. Design Throughput. Deliver UX and UI design across 10+ enterprise client engagements within the 12-month window. Reusable Components. Contribute at least 6 reusable components to Thorit's design system and Figma library within 9 months. Pairing. Pair reliably with Marc Gummlich and Mariana Isidro as remote design-craft anchors. Participate in weekly design reviews at a level that improves your own output month over month. Design-to-Code Handoff. Establish async design-to-code handoff with the Tbilisi Frontend Developer HubSpot CMS: Figma specs, component naming, asset export protocol, with measurable reduction in handoff back-and-forth. Billable Capacity. Be billable on internal projects or client engagements via Lisbon/DACH frontstage at 65% of available capacity from month 6. Agentic UI Patterns. Contribute to Thorit's emerging agentic UI patterns library: human-in-the-loop interfaces, agent transparency surfaces, control panels for AUTOMATE-layer engagements. What We Offer Competitive compensation with a transparent salary band and a structured bonus model tied to delivery outcomes and team contribution. Remote.com EOR contract with full Georgian compliance: clean payroll in EUR, paid leave, and local social-security alignment. Hardware setup shipped to your home office before day one (laptop, monitor, peripherals). Blinkist Business (4,500+ book summaries) and Babbel (3 months) for continuous learning. Remote Work Program, up to 4 weeks per year from anywhere in the EU, with €500 setup allowance. Cross-site exchange, with a 3 to 5 day on-site visit to Lisbon or Böblingen within your first 90 days, and regular team rituals across all three sites. Tbilisi office access once leased (timeline 2026 to 2027),
