What you'll be doing    As the VP Regional beauty brands you'll drive growth across a varied portfolio of beauty brands - identifying new opportunities, leading acquisitions, and shaping the strategic and financial direction of the businesses you bring in with focus on Partnerships & Business Development. Success in this role calls for strong leadership across brand management, business acquisition and strategy, financial planning, and talent development, with a clear focus on long-term growth aligned to the Group's vision. In your role you will: Scout, evaluate and negotiate new brand partnerships - from first approach through deal structuring, pricing, and contract close, working in close alignment with local teams to plan the market launch. Lead and oversee all business plans and strategies for new brand acquisitions, ensuring successful integration and long-term growth. Work closely with the Strategy and Business Development teams on business acquisition opportunities to grow the group's portfolio. Act as a strategic consultant to the local operating teams, ensuring they are empowered to manage day-to-day operations while you focus on strengthening strategic partnerships, overseeing overall financial health, and driving business consolidation. Develop and implement the strategy for the group of brands by defining the vision and setting the financial / operational KPIs. Monitor key business KPIs and performance metrics. Oversee the brands' omnichannel strategies, budgets, P&L and performance targets whilst ensuring alignment with the Group's objectives. Build and nurture long-term strategic partnerships with brand principals. Build and manage high-performing teams by coaching, mentoring and ensuring they have clear development plans in place.
