Tutor Me Education is reshaping how students learn, and we're looking for licensed, compassionate  Virtual Mental Health Counselors  to provide 1:1 and small group emotional, behavioral, and academic support to students across the country. If you are passionate about helping youth navigate academic anxiety, build emotional resilience, develop coping mechanisms, and overcome barriers to learning—all while enjoying the flexibility to build a schedule around your life—we'd love to hear from you. What you'll do: Deliver engaging, individualized virtual counseling and support  tailored to each student's mental health goals, IEP social-emotional objectives, and unique psychological profile. Create structured intervention strategies  and wellness plans that address school-related anxiety, executive dysfunction, depression, behavioral challenges, or social-emotional learning (SEL) milestones. Adapt support in real time  based on student crisis levels, engagement, and emotional regulation, providing a safe, empathetic, and confidential virtual space. Track student progress  and communicate effectively with families, school psychologists, and school district partners to ensure wraparound care and regulatory compliance. Requirements Requirements Valid state licensure/certification (e.g., LMHC, LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or certified School Counselor). Experience working with children, adolescents, or young adults in a school, clinical, or tele-health setting. Deep understanding of IEPs, 504 plans, and how mental health impacts academic performance.
