About the job As Volume Product Manager you will be part of our Diodes & Transistors Product Management Team. Together with four ambitious and motivated Product Managers in our team, you will take the full responsibility of our Diodes & Transistors strategy. What you will do • Act as the go-to-person for all industrial projects and strategic questions in terms of cost downs, outsourcing and 2nd source activities • Define an industrial strategy, start and support initiatives, guide Business Group internal as well as front-end and back-end teams • Responsible for PCN implementation, roadmap updates and cost benchmarking • Work closely together with Operations, Volume Product Management Protection & Filtering as well as Commercial Marketing • Cooperate with our wafer fabs, assembly sites as well as subcontractors around the globe • Support long term planning, deep dive and other business reviews and strategic activities • Align closely on operational processes for Diodes & Transistors with Demand Management and Supply Chain What you will need • University degree in a technical discipline • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Product Management, Operations or Development function within the semiconductor industry • Direct or indirect leadership experience in leading international / cross-cultural teams • Excellent communication skills and proven track record in managing cross-functional projects • Preferably knowledge of semiconductor markets, customers and/or supply chains • Excellent decision-making skills • Excellent analytical skills and structured work approach • Highly self-motivated, team-oriented, result-driven • Strong customer mindset and interest in global supply chains • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Excel & PowerPoint • Fluent in English mandatory, German language is a plus
