Location: Hakuba, Japan Contract Term: 1st December 2026 - mid/late March 2027. End date TBC. Remuneration: ¥1700+ per hour. Role type: casual, up to 36 hours per week in peak season. Potential Positions • Guest Services Specialists • Experienced Rental & Workshop Technicians • Guest Shuttle & Equipment Collection Drivers Who We're Looking For • Friendly, reliable, and adaptable team players. • Passionate about skiing and/or snowboarding, and customer service. • Willing to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. • Previous experience is valued for some roles, but not essential for all positions. • Strong communication skills and team collaboration mindset. • Valid work rights for Japan - we cannot offer visa sponsorship. • Japanese Drivers Licence or International Drivers Permit. • Strong English communication skills. • Japanese language skills are an advantage but not necessary.
