This individual is responsible for the accurate receipt, storage, handling, and shipment of materials and components that support Voyager’s mission-critical engineering programs. This position requires a self-directed professional with strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and compliance The position reports to the Warehouse Manager and is part of the Operations Department. This role is On-Site based in San Diego, CA. In this role, the essential functions are: Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments of materials, parts, and equipment, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders and packing slips. Pick, pack, and prepare outbound shipments in compliance with shipping regulations, customer requirements, and program schedules. Accurately record inventory transactions in the E2 JobBoss and NetSuite’s system, maintaining real-time stock accuracy for all warehouse locations. Conduct cycle counts and participates in periodic physical inventory audits; investigate and reconcile discrepancies in a timely manner. Operate pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and in compliance with OSHA standards. Coordinate with Procurement, Engineering, and Production teams to prioritize allocation within E2, material staging and kitting for active programs. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in accordance with 5S standards, ESD handling and company safety policies. Assist with the identification and disposition of non-conforming, surplus, or obsolete materials. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse throughput, accuracy, and efficiency. Minimum 3–5 years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory management experience in a manufacturing environment related to electronic circuit boards. Demonstrated proficiency and experience with E2 JobBoss and NetSuite a plus Strong attention to detail with a track record of high inventory accuracy and documentation compliance. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks including standing, bending, and reaching for extended periods.
