Job Description     Job Title:   Warehouse Associate   Reporting To:   Warehouse Supervisor     Job Purpose Statement   To accurately ship customer orders and packages in a timely manner.  Receive products and stage for quality checks.     Main Accountabilities   Responsible for the shipping of materials from Crown Laboratories to our vendors and customers.    Responsible for all activities associated with the receiving of components, raw materials, and distributed products    Review and package all invoiced orders assuring complete accuracy for shipment, working closely with the Dallas office.   Use the UPS shipping system to ship all invoices.   Take inventory once per month listing part number, lot number and quantity of each item in inventory.    Keep inventory control informed of all changes in inventory quantities.   Receive all returned goods and document so they can be put back in stock or determine if damaged or out of date stock needs to be destroyed with QA approval.   Assist in other areas as needed.   Follow all cGMP and Standard Operating Procedures.     Job Related Qualification/Skills   Must possess knowledge of daily shipping and receiving functions.  Three to five years warehouse experience required.  Basic knowledge of computer experience required.  Basic math required.  Operation of a forklift preferred.  Consistent and punctual attendance.     Working Conditions/Physical Requirements   Must be able to lift approximately 50 lbs.   Must be able to stand for long periods of time.   Company Summary:   Crown is a proud member of the Revance Portfolio of skincare offerings.
