Sideworx Connect Inc. is a leading temporary staffing solution company expanding its horizon in North Dakota. It is dedicated to connecting talented workers like you with top-notch client companies in the oil and gas industry. This role requires hands-on work in diverse weather conditions, often in remote locations. Your primary duties will include setting up, operating, and maintaining water transfer equipment, monitoring water flow, and ensuring compliance with all safety and environmental regulations. Key Responsibilities • Set up and operate water transfer equipment including pumps, hoses, and manifolds. • Monitor water levels, pressures, and flow rates to ensure optimal operation. • Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment to prevent downtime. • Ensure all operations comply with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. • Collaborate with other team members and communicate effectively with site supervisors. • Maintain accurate logs and reports of water transfer activities. • Respond to emergencies promptly and effectively. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent. • Previous experience in water transfer, oilfield operations, or a related field is preferred. • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment. • Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations in the oil and gas industry. • Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy equipment. • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. • Strong communication and teamwork skills. • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed. You need a 3/4 or bigger Ton truck, a two-way road radio, a Slip tank, and basic tools.
