We are looking for a motivated and reliable Working Student (m/f/d) to join our team in Brussels, Belgium as an administrative support. In this role, you will support the team with essential administrative and office management tasks. You will gain valuable hands-on experience in administrative processes and contribute to the smooth operation of the office. Key Responsibilities Travel Expense Verification
Review and check employees' submitted travel expenditures for completeness and compliance. Document Handling
File, scan, and record administrative and accounting documents in accordance with internal procedures. Office Management Support
Assist in day-to-day office operations, including supplies tracking, printing, and document preparation. General Administrative Support
Provide assistance with various clerical tasks as needed by the team to ensure efficient workflow. Your Profile
Enrolled student in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Fluent in English and Dutch or French
