AlertMedia is seeking a Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our growing People team in our beautiful downtown Austin headquarters! In this highly visible role, you’ll help bring our culture to life by creating thoughtful, engaging experiences that make employees and visitors feel welcomed, connected, and supported.
Who you are: You’re a highly organized, people-focused coordinator who takes pride in creating meaningful workplace experiences. You bring warmth and professionalism to every interaction, whether you’re welcoming a visitor, supporting an executive, coordinating an employee event, or partnering with teams across the business. You’re comfortable managing multiple projects at once and have the attention to detail and follow-through to keep everything running smoothly. You enjoy turning ideas into memorable experiences, and you’re equally willing to lead a large company event or jump in to handle the small details that make it successful. You’re proactive, resourceful, and energized by a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Most importantly, you genuinely care about creating a workplace where employees feel connected, appreciated, and excited to be part of the team.
What you get to do every day:
Coordinate our culture crew and recurring culture moments : treat week s , wellness weeks, cultural celebrations, and Friday breakfast , keeping them consistent, fun, and on-brand
Coordinate the company-wide values awards program each quarter in partnership with the Chief People Officer
Create a warm, well-run front-of-house experience, including visitor and interview room prep
Provide executive assistant support to up to two of our executive leaders: calendar and meeting coordination as needed
Partner with leaders across the business to develop engaging, informative Tuesday lunch and townhall presentations
Own employee gifting for holidays, work anniversaries, and new babies using our employee gifting platform
Own and grow the employee store, sourcing and ordering branded merchandise like shirts, sweaters, and hats
Own AV, room setup, and deck prep for on-site events including T own H all s and Tuesday lunch es
Serve as a member of the Workplace Safety Committee
Partner with the Office Manager on moments where facilities and culture intersect for logistics and all-hands setup
Gather employee feedback after events and programs, and use it to continuously improve what comes next
What you bring to the role:
One to three years of experience in workplace experience, employee engagement, hospitality, event coordination, or a related field
Strong organizational skills and the follow-through to manage multiple programs and projects at once without dropping details
A warm, approachable presence and excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with employees, executives, and visitors alike
