Youth Support Worker – Transition to Work APM continues its impactful work through the  Transition to Work  contract, and we’re now seeking passionate individuals to join our  Lakemba, NSW  team. For this role we are looking for someone who is bilingual - fluent in Arabic and English. This is more than just a job! It’s a chance to be part of a team that’s changing lives. As a Youth Support Worker, you’ll play a pivotal role in guiding young participants toward sustainable education and employment outcomes.
